After reading the EPI Briefing Paper, The Kentucky Department of Education's Teacher Effectiveness Framework Draft 3.1, and viewing the video clips on the glog, write a blog response to your colleagues or a letter to a stakeholder in our school community (i.e. state commissioner of education, district superintendent, state representative, etc.) that addresses the question and support your position with evidence from the text(s).
L2: Be sure to acknowledge competing views. L3: Give examples from past or current events or issues to illustrate and clarify your position.
I do not think the EPI Briefing Paper backed up the whole idea....What about related arts teachers and principals and curriculum coordinators and guidance counselors..how will those groups be evaluated?
ReplyDeleteThat was a question I had too. There are so many people who impact a child's education. What about interventions? How would that play in? Who's to say who has the most impact!
